I am a 28 year old vegan woman living in Portland. I have a husband and a dog whom I love dearly. I am studying to take my Architect Registration Exams while working as a green building consultant. I also, co-write a Portland Restaurant Review site for Vegans: www.stumptownvegans.com. Sometimes the simple life of a blueberry harvester sounds wonderful. I have many allergies and among my vegan diet. You will rarely see the following foods in my cooking: Walnuts, cranberries, bananas, alcohol, avocados, beets, kidney beans, mushrooms, peas, radishes, bell peppers, cilantro, and yeasts.
